Required Income documentation is 30 days paystubs, 2 years W-2s and VOE for wage earner, tax returns for commission/1099 or self employed.

o Purchase contract or Payoff
o SIGNED RESPA/ALL DISCLOSURES
o Title/Appraisal not Required - Include if you have it
